Experienced Software Delivery Manager required to fulfil a role at leading Kyalami-based software development company.
In your role, you will be expected to fulfill the following tasks.
What you will do:
- Evaluate, challenge and clarify the engagement requirements and scope from both the client and Symbiotics’ perspective
- Craft the solution against these requirements and scope
- Price the solution and delivery based on value, as acknowledged by the client, risk and complexity
- Understand the inevitable need for change and facilitate it
- Develop an insight into the client’s key influencers
- Coordinate and manage the software development process, including testing, in a cost-effective manner
- Deliver and measure against agreed upfront objectives, the value-based solution and delivery capability with input back into the delivery way of work for reuse and learnings which are utilised / customised to the next engagement

Qualifications:
- BSc degree
- 5+ years as a practicing software engineer
